AGENCY PRINCIPAL

Bob is a 30+ year veteran of the orthopedics and sports medicine industry in metro Atlanta and north Georgia. Prior to founding Arthrex Atlanta in 2017, Bob held various medical device sales leadership positions. He has been a consistent performer and has a proven track record of success, which he has continued on with Arthrex Atlanta. Bob and his wife Lisa have six adult children. Bob enjoys golf, fishing, and supporting his beloved Georgia Bulldogs.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Karen joined the team in 2014. She started out by building and implementing inventory policies and procedures for the company. Karen was promoted to Director of Inventory Management and in July of 2021, then promoted to Vice President of Operations. Karen manages all internal operational/accounting functions. Due to her big picture vision and knowledge of every department operationally she has been able to streamline processes and built systems that make sense for the business and the bottom line. 

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Matt has represented Arthrex for over 18 years, and has worked for Arthrex Atlanta since its founding in 2017. As a graduate of The University of Georgia, Matt began his career with Arthrex in Athens as the territory lead responsible for Northeast Georgia. Since that time, Matt has excelled in many geographic territories in North Georgia, leading him to his current role of Vice President of Sales. Matt and his wife, Jessica, have two children Bradley and Barnes. Matt enjoys watching sports, attempting to play golf, and coaching his children in various sports.

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Patrick Fullerton has represented Arthrex for 18 years. He has worked for Arthrex Atlanta since its founding in 2017 as Vice President of Business Development. Patrick started in the Bull Pen position 18 years ago in the Atlanta office. Patrick attended Clemson University where he was a member of the men’s soccer team. During his career at Clemson he was part of two ACC Championships in 1998 and 2001. Patrick is married to Kim Fullerton and they have three children, Kara, Owen, and Emmy. Patrick enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. The Fullerton Family lives in Milton, Georgia.

VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Kyle Started with Arthrex in 2013. Kyle has done a bit of everything in his 13 year tenure. Starting as the Company Bullpen and helping Dex his first 3 years. He was then moved onto a team, where he soon after took over as the Team Lead for the next 4 years. Transitioning again to a product management role as the Arthroplasty manager for the next 5. Leading most recently to the promotion to VP of Strategjc Development. 

Kyle enjoys playing and watching all sports, decadent dinner with drinks of course and spending time with friends. He’s very close with his Mom and Dad and his dog Lilly Pad. 

NORTH DISTRICT MANAGER

Mike has been with Arthrex for more than 11 years and has served as Area Manager for the past four. Before stepping into that role, he spent a year as the Distal Extremities Manager for the Atlas and Bravos teams. Mike attended Boise State University and the University of Georgia, where he played football and later worked as a coaching assistant before beginning his career with Arthrex. Mike and his wife, Jackie, have three children: James, Eli, and Rylee. When he's not working, Mike enjoys watching sports, fishing, and hiking.
